Our official organization name is Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. We are a non profit affiliate of Council of Orange County, Society of St. Vincent de Paul. We are also a member of America's Second Harvest the Nation's Food Bank Network.

We were founded in October 1983. You should be able to find many facts and figures at our web site, www.FeedOC.org.

The Board conducted an $8.5million capital campaign to turn this building into a food bank. The theme of the capital campaign is/was: Within Our Reach. A copy of the logo can be found on our web site. It is a stylized drawing of an adult holding a child up to reach an orange on a tree.
